Rainforest excursion





Tell us what you thought of the excursion. What did you learn about rain forests from your walk and from what the guides told us.

  2. I loved the excursion soooooo much! :D I learned more about what type of animals you can find in the Rain forest and names of plants. Another thing I learnt was the difference between woodland and the Rain forest.

    The excursion was so awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I learnt that the lyrebird is really important because it did so many things for the aboriginal people.

  4. I had a really great time at the blue mountains rainforest. I learnt the names of some trees e.g. Tea tree, Gum tree, eucalyptus tree. I also learnt that there are many eucalyptus trees but only 6 of them, koalas can eat.

  5. It was so much fun walking with my groups tour guide dindy she was so nice she tort us to take care of the rainforest because it is our rainforest.

    I REALLY enjoyed the excursion. It was very fun. We learnt about the plants and animals and our tour guide Dindi told us about a bird called the lyre bird. Only the male's tail has pretty feathers like a peacock but the female lyre birds don't.
